Initial consultation
At our initial visit we will take a detailed history and work together to determine an appropriate treatment plan including medication prescriptions as necessary.
Initial Consulations are available in-person in our Loop office, or virtually via Telehealth
Follow up appointment
At follow up visits we will assess the effects of medication, as well as your overall status of Mental Health. Adjustments to treatment plan, including medication prescribing will be made as necessary.
